I’ve had much success washing my face with oil as well as making my own laundry detergent, deodorant, and shampoo (tutorials coming soon). The best has been making my own toothpaste. You know how I feel about fluoride. Even as a topical application (which is the only application that *may* help teeth NOT ingestion through water) I don’t think it is neccessary.
