I am always looking for easy ways to get my family to eat more healthy foods. My kids eat veggies and fruit but who doesn’t love a cookie? I wanted a Yes Cookie. Something the kids could eat for breakfast or anytime and I’d still feel good about what they ate. This recipe is inspired by a recipe in Jessica Seinfeld’s Deceptively Delicious.
